Booked a 3 and a half ton truck and was running late to pick it up but employees were willing to stay there until I arrived, great truck for removal of my home with lift at back of truck just to make it so much easier plus I rented for one week for a low price plus if you are with R,A,C,Q you will receive a discount so I would recommend to hire a truck then paying so much more for a removal isn't and if you have someone to help you to pack and put your things safely into the truck you will save so much more in the long run but you can hire these trucks for a day or more its up to you for how long you may need this truck for but they would be the best by far

We rented a car for a long period during an extended stay in Noosa due to Covid, Bob was so helpful and gave us a great rate and terrific customer service, the whole experience could not have been easier. Wouldn’t use any other agency, thanks Bob, and thanks Thrifty.
Booked the car a Pajero well before the trip only to be told on arrival the car was not available. The reason we went with one of the big companies was because I thought they would provide better service. This left us stranded and not able to get to our accommodation. The attendant told us we could not go to Noosa north shore because it's off road... Which again is a lie. The have very poor communication and don't know what they are doing.
Great service from Bob. Would definitely recommend.
