Jennifer is amazing. In post Covid where Port Douglas is crazy crazy busy, few to no cars available, she weaved magic to secure one. Fantastic attitude, great customer focus even in times when demands would test the best of us.
Thrifty provided excellent customer service organised all paperwork instantly and professionally provided us with a good rate and received 15% discount being a RACV member very happy with the whole process of picking up and returning the car went very smoothly with the help of friendly staff members.
Could not be happier with the customer service we received from Jen, she treated us with such kindness and went above and beyond to answer our questions and help us out.
Horrible customer service, not very helpful. Failed to mention things that I had to point out and question which ended up in us saving more. Was closed before the closing time written on the door so had to wait to organise a different day to pick up the car on our holiday! The lady didn’t seem to care at all and offered no discount nor was she sympathetic so had to pay more per day because they closed early and we had do different days of the week which apparently cost more.
Great service from Port Douglas thanks. Was out on the road minutes and the car was excellent
