My husband and i went to the store at 5.10 Friday evening to find a young man run off his feet attending to 4 sets of customers. To his credit he was well mannered, very helpful and attentive to very one's needs. We walked pass the store on two occasions during the course of the night and the young man was still working alone. We love the store and the service provided by the young man but just found this poor management and a lot of pressure placed on one person.

I visited the store to purchase a new pair of shoes for my partner.nThe workers went above and beyond to help me choose a pair of shoes.nThe workers were very friendly and greeted me as soon as I step foot in the store.nI would highly recommend visiting Platypus in Albury and will definitely return in the future for all my shoe needs.

Went in to Albury store to buy a pair of Adidas Superstar last week. Only to be told that they did not stock the white pair with black strip's. I was refer to another shop in Albury. 2 days later I was in Bendigo store where I was able to order the same shoes I wanted and sent to my home and it was No trouble for the staff at the Bendigo store who where so helpful. It really was disappointed bye the Albury Store to be treated so badly. Hopefully in further the staff can treat customers with alittle more respect. Thank You
