Thanks for great service today. Seated and helped straight away, perfect shoes brought and fitted properly by staff, great friendly service made for a very stress free visit for elderly friend.

DISGUSTING. DISGRACE. If there was an option to provide no stars, that would be the option I would select. My mother purchased a pair of shoes purely for comfort as she has a severe heel problem. The representative sold her a $200 pair of shoes and advised her to wear them at home for a few hours to ensure they are comfortable. As advised, my mother did so, with a pair of stockings, she did not find them comfortable at all. She then went to return the pair of shoes to exchange them for another pair (as she was told she could do), and low and behold, the store would not take the shoe back, as they claim they cannot sell the shoe in the state that they were (view photos). Unacceptable sales service. They STEAL money from people by LYING to them. DISGRACEFUL. She could have gone to any big brand shoe store that provide shoes with much more comfort than being ripped off the way she did. We will never be returning and nor will any of our network.
