Had called them for collecting an order and they were about to close. Kylie was kind enough to wait for me at the door and handover the order even though i might have been late by a minute or two (after scheduled closing time). Appreciate it.
I asked a guy for help and he pointed generally where it might be and just continued chatting with another staff member. I left after not finding what I needed and later purchased it at Eastland rebel instead. Poor service.
Had what I needed, clean presentable store with ample staff to service customers
Went to look for a balanced bike for my toddler, they dont have one but I appreciate how friendly and accomodating the staff were, and even checked which Rebel shop has one, even they are closing in less than 30 minutes. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
