Placed a click and collect order in this store and even booked a time for pick up in Witchery's system (between 5 to 5:55 PM). Went there only to find out that this store has closed before my collection timeframe has ended. Was not informed by anybody that this is the case and if so, that option should have been removed in the first place. What a waste of time.

I had visited the Melbourne Witchery store while on holiday in the easter period and was served by the lovely store manager. She was absolutely amazing and was so very helpful in finding me a pair of sandals. She had engaged in great conversation and made the whole shopping experience very easy. If I didn't live in Brisbane, I would be visiting the store regularly. Thank you so much.
