Fuel tank not full. On collecting car I was advised to return car with similar amount of fuel to what was in it on collection ( less than half a tank,) car was not clean inside or outside despite being wet as though they had washed it. However it was cheap and modern and economical to run. Everything worked and it ran like a dream . No problems with the car . Pick up and drop off were speedy

Recently booked a car online for the following day. Business Owner on Little Collins St Called me the following morning to advise there are no cars available.nnShe called me 10 minutes later to say there is now but at another location. She called me back again soon after to advise there is now a car available at the original location.nnI turned up late due to flight landing delay. Was not made aware of the closing time at 4pm so no-one was there.nnFurthermore, they have deducted a $68 fee from my account.nnI would not recommend this service as they were very disorganised with terrible communication between third-parties and customer.

Have used this Car rental many times, helpful staff, alway easy to walk to from a CBD hotel. Will continue to use due to great pricing and helpful staff

Terrible! Will never hire from them again. We booked two weeks in advance. The booking was for a week car rental. 2 hours before pick up they advised they only had an 8 seater available. We were already on our way to pick up the car. The 8 seater was too big. Was told another car might be available a few hours later but was too small for our pram. The next available booking was in a few days. Ended up with no car!!!!

The Kia carnival was a great car to drive and the price was very competitive. The only disappointments with this rental was that when picking up the car I alerted the staff member to a semi-flat tyre and was told ‘you can just pump that up when you pull into a servo’. This is correct but it also meant that I needed to pump the tyre up daily for the next 5days. Unacceptable.nAlso a holding bond was applied to my credit card instantly when the car was collected and when the car was returned I was told that it will take up to 14 days to be removed from my credit card. Quick to take my money, but slow to return......
