Checked the day before rental when I arrived in Melbourne. Courteous and efficient staff (young man with great eyelashes... ) completed some preliminary paperwork to expedite early pick-up the following day. The vehicle was excellent; clean and modern. Staff member Kirsten was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Five stars for Redspot in Little Collins.
Good customer service!! The staffs are very friendly. One of the man who serviced us tried to speak mandarin to us even he just knew some words. Also one of the woman who could speak mandarin that wait for us to return the car even the office is already closed.nnThe car is also perfect! Easy city rental. Effortless pickup and return. Limited hours though and no after hours pickup or drop off. Pricing is average with all the additional addons. Cars are in good condition.
Rubbish service. They advertise cars that they don't even have
10 out of 10. Thanks to the fella from Scotland. Great service highly recommended! Cheaper than herts.
