As newbie road bike user needing some help and advice I went in today and saw Shane who was so lovely and helpful, solved my concerns right away and even helped me with more tips. They have a well stocked shop and its clear they're passionate about all things bikes and look after their customers. If you have a bike they're the people to see! Just wish I had found them sooner. 5 Stars and I'll be back!

Brought in my old steel frame racer to have some tyres replaced (inc one tubular), some bar tape, a service, and a few other bits and bobs. Shane really took care of her and tweaked a few other things that I hadn’t asked for but nevertheless needed doing. He’s very patient and knowledgeable. You really get your money’s worth. Great service.

Shane is a great bike mechanic with very fair prices. He does't just try to sell you new parts, he tries to fix the parts you have on your bike. Great service and great shop! 10/10 would recommend the Smith St Velo
