Penny Farthing Bike Shop

I took my electric bike (bosch system0 to this shop three times - they had if for weeks and charged me probably over $400 and didn't fix the problem . Also accused me of tampering with the bike when the problem recurred after few days. Finally another local bike shop got the Bosch diagnostic system and I took it to them and they fixed the fault quickly using a systematic approach by replacing a $70 part.

I needed a repair to my bike that required a specific part to be ordered. The work was done and the problem solved with great care and minimum fuss, getting me back on the bike as soon as was feasible. Highly recommended.

Very helpful staff who can print bike routes for you for your stay in Alice Springs. Yvonne was very intuitive and extremely nice ! I had to leave Sunday (which they are closed) and I was only going to rent it for the day (Saturday). She offered to meet with me so I could return it on the Sunday! Great equipment, I got a whole other ride in with it. Amazing.

Despite being very busy staff are helpful and always give great advice - my xmas 1 stop shop for the kids every year!
