Professional and honest service. I have a Trek Emonda which I organised for Cycle Zone to service and restore as the bike was in poor condition with significant corrosion and parts wear and tear. I had to come from out of town and they were honest about the time frame to being able to fit me in but also offering some flexibility due to the logistics of getting to Darwin. The service: The bike was reviewed and assessed, and I was consulted about the condition that the bike was in and necessary parts and labour that was required to properly restore and repair the bike before proceeding. I was quoted a price and given detailed description of parts and labour required, and the final price was accurate to the quote provided. The outcome: The job was completed promptly and I was updated as soon as the service was completed. The bike is unrecognisable, the work they did is fantastic and I highly recommend this place going on my experience with them. Cheers guys.

Cheap goods, quality staff, no Job is small, I wanted to buy a seat clamp $ 15, called and the lady at the reception said got only one , she promised to keep it reserved for me, I went there 5 min after closing time, she still happy to answer the phone and deliver it to me with a happy face, thank you, recommend buying from them
