We were picked up by a courtesy car & taken to the office, registered all the details ,then drove away in a new car. Our 250 Klm’s per day over the period of the rental was fantastic, which allowed us to do what we wanted to do.nThe gentleman who signed us up was very helpful and pleasant.

Very easy & efficient to hire the vehicle from the airport. I got texts with comprehensive directions for contactless pick up. Car was clean, full tank & modern. Cost for 10 days was very reasonable. Very impressed.

Josef the call centre manager was extremely helpful, we had a slight problem with the lease agreement and he took the initiative to resolve the problem with the agent, he responded to our inquiries in a timely and professional manner, we were very impressed with his high level of customer service. Made easy pick up and drop off after hours. Really appreciated the upgrade for a week of comfort in driving. But I don't have access to a printer after hours, so sending me an email at 1:38 am requesting my to print off copies of my license and passport on same day of pick up, to then leave in a box was not an option. Not comfortable leaving that level of ID when I had already provided those details in my booking. Otherwise a great service.
