Rented from Darwin airport. Was my first time renting a car so was quite anxious, I was greeted by a very cheerful man at the counter and given an upgrade vehicle which was great and almost brand new. Return was super simple with no hidden costs! Feel very confident from this experience. If I ever need another rental car I’ll be back.

From start of my rental it was easy and the young man named Ritchie was extremely helpful . I extended the car a few times due to grandkiddies. Have car booked ,and paid for, in Darwin. Not at airport as arranged. Everything closed, phones not answered despite leaving message. Wife and I unable to walk far. No hopon,off bus on Sunday, a wasted day. Not impressed.
