Don’t go to this store, unless old Susie is left. I was returning a faulty snorkel gear today, she tried to find the invoice from my account, and she takes 20mins to do it, I was waited there and watching her, she has no idea what she’s doing, I was said she may need some help, and make it faster, then she threaten me if I say one more word she will not make the return, the other staff finally saw something wrong with this Susie, I think she is the manager or team leader, she come over and Susie still saying she will make it more slower if I tell her to ask help. LolnSusie really need retire, she has no experience, not friendly, nothing
