Made an online reservation for 4 days to return the car at 10:30 pm. They called me and asked me to return the car earlier at 3 pm citing it is unsafe to leave it outside after-hours. I oblige.nWhen I went to pick up the car I was told to return it a day earlier only then I can rent. I didn't agree. After lot of 'talking' finally got the car.nAsked to change the rate since I was returning it earlier and was told it will be adjusted when I bring back the car.nThey charged me for until 10:30 pm and was told that it's charged not hourly but daily rates.
Customer service was elite. Manager knowledgeable and friendly. Well done budget Midvale.
