The car hire itself was great- however we were very disappointed with the customer service. We were advised that we were charged extra for petrol although the car was returned with a full tank- this was disputed even though we could provide a proof of purchase and receipt for the fuel- was told there was nothing that could be done in a rather rude manner - just seems like a bit of a scam!
