If i could rate zero stars, i would. I've just been to collect a car i booked last week, only to find they haven't got one. !!nLuckily i hadn't taken the train there .nAll sorts of excuses, which were of no consequence as a car didn't magically appear.nUnreliable, not even very apologetic. Now my friend is inconvenienced running me around to find one. Extremely unhappy with this company
Emailed for a car rental, no reply to emails, and when called was told rental cars where stolen and cant reply to emails, seems piss poor attitude in running a business, cant even reply to an email
Great people to deal with. I rented a car for 8 days and the car was great. Staff were helpful. Will definitely use them again. Thank you so much

The service was outstanding so I decided to award Merv an Helen with the customer service award personally from me merv help me after hours when my car broke down he kept his door open after hours to allow me to pick up a hire car and at the same time he gave me an awesome rate the car was reliable was very good on fuel. it was very clean ready to gonnHelen in the office just started out a new job with merv ...
