We loved everything about Redspot Car Rentals and highly recommend them.nThe price was the best available.nThe car was almost new and in perfect condition.nThe service at the desk was excellent and had us on our way with a minimum of fuss.nLocation to the terminal was excellent.nDrop off was simple and hassle free.nFive stars, would definitely use again.nKeep up the good work Redspot. Make sure your insurance is sorted. Insurance is offered when buying on line. When you want documents etc it could be purchased with an American company NOT REDSPOT. You sign docs thinking it's their insurance organised by EXPEDIA but no it's through a third party. You go back and want to buy insurance after as you find you can't talk to anyone on contact numbers given. You cannot. Doesn't leave me with a lot of confidence but leaves me with a lot of confusion. USA is one day and opposite hours to Oz. Means car booked on Sunday cannot be sorted till Tuesday ☹ufe0fud83dude1eud83dude1eud83dude1e

The check in experience was very good and I was happy with the vehicle however on return to the airport I has an accident in Sydney - crumpled the bonnet - still drivable - so I continued to the airport. I was so pleased with the reception I received. They were concerned with me and really worried that I was all right. I relaxed I didn't realise I was shaken up and started to shake but the guys were great and helped me through all the paper work. I can't recommend them enough they were fabulous. Sebih was especially wonderful and I cant thank him enough.

The service we got was good, price was best around, car was good.

arrived with my elderly mum and the sevice from redspot was the best no problems at all price was very good and the sevice was the best good job redspot.
