Took my dad to have his dining chairs recovered. So very happy with the guys there. Paid our deposit on the spot, and will be back with a piece of my own.

The woman is extremely rude. I drove 30 mins each way twice to get some upholstery work done, when I reconfirmed the original measurement that was off by a few cm immediately after getting home -a week before the fabric even arrived to her, she got angry and said she didn't want to work with someone that can't measure correctly then basically hung up. I then had to drive 30mins all the way back to pick up my cushion. This happened a few months ago and I was so shaken up and upset over her rudeness that I couldn't write a review. Her attitude and waste of my time caused me a great deal of stress. People however should be aware of her poor people skills because it can happen to anyone.

Stephanie has an attitude problem. She was very friendly at first but then easily lost her temper over minor issues. She needs to work more on her customer service skills. Will never hire her after the experience I had. I suggest staying away.nnEdit: To address AJ's response, my spouse and I did work with Stephanie on getting some upholstery work done. My review is not a mistake. You just didn't work with me directly but did with my spouse who doesn't have a Google account. Sorry, but you can't act the way you did with my spouse. You caused her a great deal of stress.

I cannot recommend John and Stephanie highly enough. Stunning fabric selections, superb craftsmanship, great service and always on time!

John and Stephanie recently reupholstered two chairs and did an amazing job , so happy with the new look and such lovely and honest people , wa a good price as well would highly recommend
