Speedy delivery and excellent customer service. I ordered my Saturn chair and found it perfectly comfortable except that the arms were too forward and fixed in place, making it hard to reach the keyboard. I emailed them about it and they were quick to offer me a swap with their adjustable arms at a discounted rate. The new arms were shipped quickly and now my chair is perfect for my home workstation.nnThank you ZQRACING! 10/10 highly recommend.

Great range of gaming/office chairs to choose from, all assembled at their office where you can go and try them all out. Which for me is a prerequisite when spending a lot on a chair. The salesman who helped me out was super knowledgeable , friendly and never pressured me towards the more expensive options. Just let me try them all and make up my own mind. Very happy with the chair I choose. I was recommended to them by a friend and will happily recommend them to anyone looking for a new gaming or office chair.

I wont be buying from them again.Box was left outside, delivery driver didn't ring the doorbell or knock. I spoke with someone prior to shipment and made it clear that when delivered the doorbell was to be rung. There was people home at the time of delivery including myself. They didnt even try to let anyone know it was outside. The box was pretty damaged and in bad condition.nIm not happy with how the delivery went.nnI contacted zqracing and what i got in return is an excuse saying its because of covid. Dont use covid as an excuse to just leave a package outside in plain view from the road. The company has basically put their hands up and said not my problem. So if my partner had of been working a different time it would have either been sitting there all night or been stolen as it coupd be seen by anyone going past my house. Everytime i leave a review to let people know of the horrible experience i have had with they get it removed.

All fine for the first two years during warranty period. Into my third year and I have had three separate components break. I replaced the first two out of pocket costing around $100. Once my third component broke I contacted aftersales to see if they could offer me at least a discount on the part I needed. They instead offered me a measly discount on a new chair. Was pretty disappointed as I had previously recommended these guys. A small amount of good will wood have guaranteed my business in future. Shame.

I've just purchased the orange/black Alien XL from ZQRacing and it's really comfortable and looks great. It was simple to assemble using the tools and instructions provided and the delivery was within 48 hours of ordering online.
