Everything written is without prejudice , malice or intent to harm. I purchased an item 6 months ago, they have the item AND my money and have not returned my money for 6 months!!! No response to emails either! Also pursuing criminal investigations with police. Buyer beware, this is not a real business. Ongoing commentary and review of events will be provided for public's benefit. Office of Fair Trading Complaint Initiated after many months of ignoring emails. As far as I can tell it is not a real business as it does function like one. They have ignored emails for 6 months over a matter that is only a few hundred dollars which makes me have serious concerns over its financial viability. Halt all orders or even consideration of orders for the good of your business. The one attempt to negotiate was done over the phone knowing that if it was written down I could post it here to show its absurdity. Attempting to hold onto money like it is in desperate short supply. I have serious concerns the business is about to go under so halt any and all consideration of purchasing for your safety. Will only act like a business if it is forced to through government enforcement. Has no place in the Australian marketplace. Acting like its cessation of operations is imminent. Criminal enterprise focused on stealing when possible. Stay away.

Prices were reasonable and service was good. It's not a Robins'- I did not expect it to be. It seems geared towards professional chefs/restaurateurs of which I am not.

Great good service

Very overpriced compared to its competitors. Last resort to buy from if you are desperate. Service is a little rude also.

Terrible customer service. They sent us the wrong equipment, and when we asked them about it, we were replied in a very rude and condescending tone by a worker named Gina, who argued in fact that it was our fault. Whether our fault, or the business's, this does not excuse someone to talk to their customer in that way . Absolutely horrendous!
