Half the price of the nearest competition. Customer service was excellent. Shuttle trip to the depot from the airport was hassle free. Highly recommend.
Lovely, easy going staff. William was great in person, friendly, helpful, even gave me a towel for the car. It was great that they accept debit cards and I could do the no deposit/no stress for any accidents choice at a reasonable price The lady on the phone who took the booking was pleasant. The price was fair, best I had seen. The car was just what I needed. Thank you ECCR for a no-stress car rental.
Pleasant enough experience initially but in the end not happy w fees. Partner rented with them bc of low cost, and while initial costs were competitive, by the end the price was higher than any other better known companies whose cleaning policies are a lot more reasonable. Our contract stated that cleaning fees would apply if car was returned “excessively dirty.” Well, their idea of excessively dirty is excessively broad, and the $110 cleaning fee is likewise excessively steep. There was sand in the back seat/floor from bags we d taken camping. Based on my experiences with other car rental agencies, I noted the sand but wasn’t too worried as it didn’t seem like too much and Im generally conscientious w rentals. So it was a bit of a slap in the face to get a $110 fee added-on, and that by an aggressive manager who also inaccurately accused us of bringing the car in an hour late. Overall bc of this experience I would not recommend these guys and will avoid the unpleasantness of doing business with them again.
give me a Van full of dust, liquid stain everywhere and telling me that's what they got ! Not they problems.never again
