No waiting in line to pick up car. Lucky i guess as sometimes it can take a long time to process a customer.nFriendly service.nEasy drop off, directly out front of departure doors.nUpgrades when available is a very nice touch.
Fantastic service. Tina went out of her way to accommodate our early arrival and came to open up the office earlier on a Sunday morning just to assist us. On top of that gave us a free upgrade without us asking for one. And after Jetstar changed our departure flight time they accommodated us again by allowing a much later drop off without charging extra. Thank you!!!
Rubbish customer service. Tried calling multiple times to confirm a vehicle was available but the person on the phone wasn’t even at the office (despite calling during business hours) and after 5-6 attempts after I wasn’t able to get through to anyone. Can’t imagine what would happen if I needed urgent assistance with a vehicle while renting one. Ended up booking with Avis and the service was much more efficient. Don’t waste your time with this place.
Would definitely recommend this company. We picked up a car at Sunshine Coast Airport . The quality of service and car were both excellent.
Very happy with the car that I was given. Toyota Yaris, it was very clean and economical to run.
