I recently hired the tilt tray Ute for 4 days and it was great. The pricing was fantastic and the online booking and check in was easy and made pick up on the day very quick. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The process upon returning the Ute was quick and flawless. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know who wants to hire a vehicle. Honestly, I don't know why anyone would want to go anywhere else. I'll definitely be using them again.
The prices are so much cheaper than Budget and the customer service is great. The staff were so friendly and down to earth. They said we could pick up the truck earlier if it was ready. We were able to pick it up an hour and a half earlier and still have it for the 24 hours at our original pick up time which was 5 pm. The truck was so clean and was well cared for. If we had to hire a truck again we wouldn't go with anyone else.
Hired a small truck to help move house and the lift loader at the back really helps. I got the trolley, ropes and blanket package, which is good value. Doing the quote online was simple, though I didn't get a confirmation email initially, but a phone call fixed it up right away. The truck was clean and well maintained. With plenty of street parking and an after hours return chute, the process was easy. Very friendly and professional. Has the feel of a family run business.
Amazing company and service . Went in to grab a box trailer at short notice and the staff helped us out and gave the best service. Very competitive pricing and it’s always amazing to help a local company. I would highly recommend this company for all your moving needs not only just for trailers but for the trucks they have in stock. Easy to reserve online a tipping cage ute to shift a heap of garden waste. Simple pick up on the day, helpful friendly staff, no fuss and quick. Tipper makes the job so much easier. Vehicle worked fine. Drop off also simple. Always go here. Great service.
