Love it! Everything you need and things you didn't know that you needed. :)
Staff are very helpful and seem to know where everything is no matter what I ask for! I'm yet to stump them... It's always easy to get parking close to the doors, which is nice. It's great to not have to walk a kilometre just to pick up a pair of gardening gloves! The only problem I'm aware of is the urge the comes over you to buy copious amounts of items you had no intention of buying when you first entered the store. Buyer Beware!

The ladies in the paint section are very knowledgeable, helpful and patient, mixing customized paint colours and offering advice. I managed to drop a cup of coffee, making a terrible mess and they were amazingly generous and kind and gave me a voucher for another coffee. Extraordinary customer service. Thank you.
