Sam was absolutely amazing and helped get us out of a pickle. After our booking fell through with another provider, Sam was able to secure us a car on the spot allowing us to drive all the way from Alice Springs to Uluru and back. Great customer service and super friendly. Thank you!
I have rented from Hertz all over Australia & had the worst experience here. The old guy serving me was rude & unprofessional without a new tag. Handed over the counter 2 filthy child seats yet pre-charged my card twice (none tie back to the original amount). With 3 luggages & 3 kids, I had to carry the child seats myself to the car park. I came back to the counter for assistance & was told they don’t do child seat installation (BECAUSE IT IS AGAINST THE LAW - SO PARENTS BEWARE).nWon’t recommend this car rental if you come to ASP.nUnprofessional. Rude. Expensive. Unhelpful.nAVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
