Avis Car & Truck Rental Alice Springs

I would give NO stars if I could. Called to make a booking and the lady was very rude and abrupt and snapped at me she was putting me on hold as she was busy serving, so I hung up. If I didn't have to make the booking for work I would not be using these guys - purely because of how rude the person was on the phone. I ended up booking online but the reason I called to book was because I needed to add an additional driver - which you cannot do online! I understand you get busy - but there is always a better way to speak to your paying customers!

It was 12:56 Saturday 13/7/ 19 when i ran then soon as they picked up i wasd told to hold...... I waited patiently for 5 min hearing only key board typing and clearly a little talking..... Then the phone cut out..... I rang the second time at 13:02 and same deal saying please hold.... Waited patiently again for 8 minuits 36 seconds.... and again it hung up...... Rang the 3rd time 1309 and it was like it was engaged... kept rining and same tone..... Whover was working on that day needs to be more respectfulll as i run my own buisness and never treat my Customers this way..... Shame on you Avis...... If anyboss reads this...... Please deal with your workers and teach them how to answer phone calls.Called again 1310 waited for 15 mins hearing a young lady saying is someone on the phone then the phone cut out again.......This is breaking point......Rang again 1335 same deal...... waited to hear a little chit chat then cut out again....... I assume the phone is sitting on the desk to avoid peoples phone calls........nnVery poor customer service and negligent.... Took screen recording and screen shot of phone call and reviews in case they they remove...... Finally goit an answear after my 4th attempt and my Question was answeared in 17 seconds......Piss poor guys.... Get your act together.

Great place. Very good service and cars.

Very very efficient, it didn't take 3 minutes, then I would have the key to the vehicle. The very friendly Avis employee didn't try to talk us into anything.nThat there was no waiting time was perhaps due to the time of day just before 5 in the afternoon.nThe vehicle was handed over cleanly and neatly.
