Worst customer service I have experienced in years. The manager could NOT have been more unhelpful and rude if she tried. Not what I expect from the Avis brand at all. Manager caused huge amounts of unnecessary stress for our team all because she can't follow process or return phone calls.nI would strongly recommend using Budget Kununurra if you have the option.
Shocker of customer service experience... the Agent we had is much suited to work in a prison not at all a customer service oriented person... really letting down the Avis image
If I could give 0/5 I would. Absolutely appalling customer service. Arrive to pick up our car, given something smaller but expected to pay the same amount. Was not contact prior to change arrangements. Have had to come back to the airport multiple times for possible car change overs, no follow up and still no car but have taken the money. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone.
Not the best choice for cars . Car had a lot of damage but i guess there doing the best they can
