Pacific Trim - Marine Upholstery

3 years ago I called into this business to request a quote for new covers to be fitted to my boat. The boat was, at that time, in the same complex (being anti fouled) as this business. The man I spoke to (I have his name) didn’t bother to quote.nJust over 2 weeks ago, my boat was in the same complex again, and I called into two places to request quotes for covers etc. One of them being Pacific Trim. The lady took all the details from me (name, phone number, details of what was required etc) handed me a business card and went to see a gentleman out the back of the shop. She told me he was too busy to see me at the moment and was having lunch! To date, no one has called me and it’s been 2 and a half weeks since she took my details, so I called this morning and was told that now they can’t do anything until next year. Very poor communication and very unprofessional to leave clients waiting like that without paying them the professional courtesy of a call.
