Snooze Helensvale

Needing a new mattress after 10+ years, and Snooze was handy and our first port of call. As it was, we got no further.nnAs requested, Kyle brought us up to speed on the latest mattress options and it did not take us long to make a decision, and probably spend much more than expected. Fortunately it was a 'sale' week, and we believe the value was excellent. After about 2 weeks the mattress ensemble was delivered, at a reasonable additional cost, and after 3 nights of good sleep, we are very happy with our purchase from Snooze.nThe start of a successful purchase is the connection with your sales person. If you are welcomed, listened to and assisted at every level, sometimes there is no reason to look further.nSnooze Homeworld; recommended.

Really good customer service! Joanne was super knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect mattress. I had also phoned the store earlier in the day and had spoken to a guy who was super helpful. We wont shop anywhere else now!

Customer service is second to none. Staff are super knowledgeable and not pushy. Products are of great quality, this is the only place I would buy bedding!
