Knowledgeable, straight up staff who helped us with comparisons, were more than accommodating to our slow and hopeless decision making and now we're very happy to have purchased the ripper medium sized ZIGGY. We chose red. Check out the heat outputs from F bbqs before you make any decision. Easy parking, super friendly staff who let you look in peace. We also got a smoker box to use with our bbq and bought one with the natural gas connection (no bottle). The whole thing works a treat. They sell outdoor furniture too. Spacious store, easy to move around and wheelchair friendly. Coffee shop near by and toilets.

I ordered some outdoor chairs online and popped in to pick them up. Fast, efficient and friendly service. The young man who served me even placed the chairs in the car for me.

Staff was obnoxious and rude and spoke down to my mother when she asked a question they need to be taught better customer service skills
