Haven’t visited Frankie4 shop at Windsor before. Went today for a pair of shoes for my daughter and was very impressed with the shop. Even more impressed with our assistant, Emily. We are sold on product and service
I had an amazing experience at the Windsor store this week with good old school Customer Service (not often found these days). Sabrina was extremely knowledgeable in foot types/sizes, patient and helpful in finding me the perfect shoes for my difficult feet. Thanks to Frankie4 for providing such a perfect sales person.
Thank you to Lauren who provided an amazing service even when the store was full of customers. The shoes were perfect for my ball last weekend!
The staff were so very friendly and the store was so clean a and lovely. The shoes are the most comfortable that I have ever worn. Even from brand new they have not given me blisters and at the end of the day my feet are not tired like they usually get. I love them, and recommend that the staff at the Windsor store never change. Overall it was a wonderful shopping experience and the shoes were well worth it.
Elizabeth was fantastic with her customer service. Great store with lots of variety. Best shoes ever!!
