Snooze Aspley

Bought 2 x children's beds from Snooze Aspley, Ben was great to deal with, knowledgeable, friendly and happy to work in with our needs. I followed up a week later to confirm the mattresses would be delivered on the date promised, Ben was again friendly and accommodating on the phone and quickly confirmed everything was on schedule. Mattresses arrived as promised, delivery team were really friendly. Overall a great experience.

Very bad customer service. We ordered a bedroom set, 5 month ago and made a full payment for it and after 5 month haven't received the items. Covid is just an excuse to cover your very bad service.nSo disappointed.

Staff were brilliant to deal with. I changed my mind on a product I had ordered and they were my than accommodating in helping change the product. They also included a promotional discount difference which had occured after my initial purchase.
