In the middle of nowhere there is an oasis for fuel and damn good tucker. Friendly staff and clean amenities. Didn't have too long to wait for the food despite being busy and it was well cooked and filling. A great stop to break the drive.
Thank goodness for cold icecreams, drinks and a shady spot to pull up for the night. Burke and Wills Roadhouse is a sanity saver in the 40 degree heat. Well worth a stop!
Just stopped for coffee and sandwich
Food and coffee was good, toilets and grounds very clean
Delicious burgers and great customer service. Clean facilities and a fantastic place to stop to split up the journey. Coffee was surprisingly good too.
This was a disgrace as a stop, the place over all was not clean, toilets a disgrace Mens urinal was overflowing. Apostle birds feeding off tables. No covering over fuel pumps looked like a derelict building. If it was a spot that Burke & Wills passed on their adventure you would not know as there is no memorable about to tell you. Just buy a shirt to say you have been there. Maybe the owners should do something with it make it worth while to stop there
