Went in a while ago and compared prices with other places, we did our research and while in the shop lay down and felt the difference on all mattresses.nWe chose and they didn't have it however the lady rang her team up and had a king mattress made also ready in a couple of days. Excellent service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a heavenly cloud night sleep.nAlso recommend mattress protector Fantastic.

We love our new king ensemble trundle bed! Our little boy will upgrade to this bed as he gets older. In the meantime we are using this as our comfy bed for guests. Gaby at the Kunda Park store was very friendly and helpful. She organised delivery for us and the bed arrived two days after purchase. Perfect timing just before the Easter rush. I highly recommend Dial a bed. A great range and 10 year warranty on our purchase. Good quality that will last.

Fantastic customer service. Rather than high pressure to buy the biggest, best and most expensive, Gaby took the time to find out my needs and price point. She offered honest advice about the pros and cons of my options.nThe after sales service was brilliant too when I had strife with assembling the bed base.nMy only suggestion is that instructions for assembly would be helpful for those of us who are not at all 'handy'.

Came to Dial A Bed as my old mattress was causing back pain. With the girl in the shop, who was very helpful, we worked out the most appropriate mattress for my needs. They did not have one in stock but arranged for one to be made in their factory. I did not have to wait long for the mattress, and it was delivered according to plan, along with the frame which I bought at the same time. The frame was easy to assemble. The mattress is great, and my back pain disappeared within a couple of weeks. Thanks Team!

We visited the showroom and looked over the large range available and were able to isolate the specific mattress we wanted quite easily. From order to mattress was only a short wait and we picked up from the showroom.nMaybe delivery included would have been a nice option if it had been a reasonable cost.
