Almost double the price for a similar car elsewhere . Wanted to give hertz money due to financial issues they have but that’s crazy difference . Last time we booked with hertz they were trying to get our business. This time felt like take it or leave it
If i could give a -1 i would , the service at the airport is one of the lowest i have witnessed, they charged me $208 for a ute for a 3 day hire which was paid with the $100 deposit, i rang and said i need to extend for a further day with no issues, when i bring ute back to airport no one at desk , there is a number that says call if unattended, the guy picks the phone up and said just leave the keys there , i said id rather you be here to check ute etc with full tank he refused maybe to busy at the pub across the road, then i get a charge taken from my acc for $500, 2 days later $809, so its gone from $208 to $1400 for 4 days , the communication and the service and the charges are one of the most disgusting things a have witnessed, stay away from this company especially at the Gold Coast Airport. There is a lady called Donna small blond haied ladyr i went there to ask were my $500 was along with all the other charges she handed me a leaflet and said ring this number when she is the one who rorted me to start with , how this lady or any of the staff have a job is beyond me.
Staff was very friendly and nice very Professional🥰. Just company policy bit silly 🙃 all other is good 👍🏼
Easy peasy. Rocked up with no booking, got a great deal and the girl with dealt with was lovely and super helpful.
