Highly recommend Surfers Rent a Car. We had an Outlander for 9 days and it performed flawlessly. Clearly it was very well maintained. Interior was immaculate and the communication from Daniel was relaxed and easy going. He was kind enough to offer maps and other helpful tips. Daily charge was all inclusive so no need to worry about those nasty “add-ons”. Really appreciated that everything was upfront and honest.

In a time where customer service seems to have fallen by the wayside and actually being able to deal with someone in person over the telephone are few and far between I finally found both of those in this company. I spent 2 days trying to hire a car and due to the early lifting of COVID restrictions had found it extremely difficult, until I found Daniel Youd the owner of Surfers Rent A Car. Daniel bought back old fashioned customer service over the phone and in person. I highly recommend Surfers Rent A Car to anyone looking to rent a vehicle in the Gold Coast region or in that case the south east Qld area.
