These guys have been nothing but the best! I would highly recommend their service. From the start of my enquiry they matched a competitors pricing and were even early for the drop off. My family and I recently hired a car from Coolangatta airport. The car was fine however they 'accidentally over quoted me. In the end they refunded the difference but not before they charged me $20 because I returned the car with slightly less fuel under the 'full' marker. The booster seat was pathetic as it wasn't raised and it resembled a chopping board. This was the second time I used RAD car hire, but given the new franchise owners opportunistic attitude to their customers, I wouldn't recommend their services.
