The Enterprise team at Gold Coast Airport and Surfers Paradise are first class. I am impressed with the service, their smiles and genuine interest in your needs. If you have a problem they fix it. I have rented from them for many years and as a regular customer I have enjoyed the relationship. The vehicles are modern and clean with low kilometres. From the compact vehicles or the larger size family cars with car seats or included tolls, they have what you need to enhance your experience. What I really like is that the staff are personable, unlike the larger Corporate car rental companies. You won’t regret using Enterprise car rentals Gold Coast.
This branch certainly has the WOW factor attached to it - of all rental car locations in Australia which we deal with!!
Being a long term customer from the Redspot days - Yasmyn & her team are the most polite, friendly & helpful people anyone could deal with (nothing is a problem)
You are not treated like a number which you find with the other major companies or some other Enterprise/National outlets, but a member of their family (some of these so called market leaders could gain some points watching this team operate)
It is fantastic to see their smiling faces greeting you each time you arrive at the counter.

Best experience we have had so easy from start to finish ! Car was basically brand new with only 2000kms in it. Very happy
Great service, seamless and easy- staff at GC airport are amazing - one issue was the car was a little old, made some funny sounds and had a little bit of cosmetic damage and the USB system did not work, which made Navigation a little tricker.
I’ve rented many times and have always been very happy with customer service and vehicles. Special thankyou to Yasmyn and Talia for their assistance.
