Clean cars, great service. We had a Hyundai Tucson which was very fuel efficient, comfortable and spotless. The airport transfers at Gold Coast Airport are quick and friendly, this is our second hire from Apex and we would not use anyone else now.
Apex Car Rentals was my first car rental experience. They had the friendliest service, and made it so easy to pick up and drop off the car. They are located nice and close to the Gold Coast airport, but even hiring as a local was an absolute dream. After needing to extend my rental for a little while, they were quick to respond to emails and so friendly to talk to over the phone. I will definitely be choosing to use Apex Car Rentals as my go-to hire car in the future.

It was a last minute car rental after our flights were cancelled, glad they could accommodate us. We didn't receive the car we booked online and there were a lot of ants in the car due to some old food on the floor.
Amazing and supportive service received from Marc on 31/07/2020. He patiently waited for us after-hours, after we called to inform. We were late due to the traffic between NSW and QLD border during Covid. Very understanding people, highly recommend this car rental service!!
