We hired a car from Ace for 9 days. The car was great and no issues. On our leg home, our flights got cancelled and the Ace staff at Currumbin were extremely helpful (thanks Navin!) and empathetic. Highly recommended and definitely deserve a higher rating.
Great place. Easy to deal with. Actually booked twice with them as we missed our flight and they had the car we wanted waiting the next morning to drive all the way back home . Very friendly. Read these reviews and was worried but was totally opposite to what we dealt with . Thanks so much we will be returning once again

ABSOLUTELY NIGHTMARE!!
This company nominate my name for an Over-speed infringement notice. However, the Over-speed time is after I return the car, which means not even driving it.
After two more months, the problems still on going, and their customer service is so slow, and I have received the notice of intention of suspending driver licence.
MOREOVER, they overcharged me for two extra days hire fee.
ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND, IF YOUR WANT LOSE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR DRIVING LICENCE.
Was billed charges without any invoice or explaination, customer service was very short and pushy over the phone. I have to request in writing to find out why they billed me for something. Update they billed me for existing damage, I am so happy o took photos before I left. Just don't use them. Hertz are affiliated with them as well.
