Good customer service, car was in good nick
Extremely unhappy with the service at Hertz Nerang. Had a hire car here and on return was blamed for multiple damages that were there when I picked the car up. The staff opportunistically blamed the hail storm, even though this car was stored undercover in my carport. Horrible experience and would not trust them again.
This outfit was a fast and furious experience. Love it, in and out, sayonara💃🚗💨
Don't really ever write reviews, but I've had to have a hire car 3 times in the last 3 months due to quality issues with repairs. The staff are friendly, and I've never had any issues when returning a car :)
