I went into the Victoria Point Williams Shoe store 4 weeks ago... I was also by an older lady as I entered the store..... ...nI purchased 2 pairs of flat shoes. The young girl that served me was lovely & went out of her way to serve me in a friendly manner. My sister (who works for us) liked my shoes so much she rang and asked them to hold her 2 of the same.... Thank you for your great customer service.....nCheers Helen Harris

I would give this store Zero stars for their terrible customer service, Firstly my daughter was incorrectly fitted for school shoes which we were told are leather and they would stretch after three weeks she had such horrendous blisters that she could hardly walk let alone wear the $120 shoes, I then had them replaced with the next size up but a different style as they had sold out of the original purchased shoe. They then replaced the shoes with a mismatched sized pair of shoes which my daughter discovered after wearing them all day at school, now when I take them back to the store of purchase they told me they did not have any more shoes and that i should try a different store for a refund. The lady serving called Moira tried calling another store once and said they did not pick up so she told me to drive approximately half an hour and see if they would replace the shoes. I did start to leave the store to do this but then had second thoughts and when back and asked for a full refund which she begrudgingly did. This was terrible customer service. I hope this store goes bankrupt and a new helpful store takes up their lease. Everyone should buy shoes online and boycott this store I for one will never shop there again.
