Out On The Patio

I cannot praise Vicky enough who helped us at Out on the Patio at Aspley yesterday. She advised us without any pressure, and made buying our new outdoor setting an easy and friendly experience. The choice at the store was very extensive and of excellent quality. The setup in the store and accessories has a very appealing look. No need to look anywhere else. Thank you Vicky for all your help and patience, you certainly went above and beyond to accommodate our requirements.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. The store was clean and uncluttered. Easy parking. We mainly dealt with Sarah - who was wonderful. She provided us with plenty of great advice and patience while we chose a short list of our furniture preferences. We later returned to purchase our chosen setting. Prices seemed very competitive compared to some other retailers. Delivery went smoothly and on time. Thanks all.

What fabulous service and advice from the floor staff we had today. Went in wanting to browse for an outdoor lounge set but weren't sure what colour scheme etc. We had great advice and the staff went above and beyond to try and help us find the perfect pieces of furniture we needed. Thank you! Looking forward to having our new lounge suite set up so you guys can see it!

This store has some nice outdoor options but I like their outdoor umbrellas the most because finding good quality outdoor umbrellas can be hard, especially after Masters closed down. (Sigh..)nTheir furniture seems to be sturdy and well made.nThe staff here seem friendly and open and I am sure you would get a quick response from the owner if you had any concerns.nI was able to take some photos of some of their stock to give you a better sense of their range. Great service. Great furniture. Reasonable prices.nnI went in here looking for outdoor storage solutions for my poolside. This place has a great selection of patio furniture. And hardwood storage solutions! In hard wood. Even Australian hard wood. $350 for an awesome box. Nearly bought it. But I needed 2 and I was impatient and couldn't wait for a delivery. Note to self. Be prepared to wait.
