I wish there's a zero star rating option, the customer service is absolutely disgusting. Two ladies just sit there and mind their own business. When I ask about something they just sit there and point with their fingers without any moves. I feel like they don't give a damn about it.

Has anyone noticed how rude the staff is? Last weekend we went to purchase a $3000 couch at the north lakes store and the manager didn't approach us, left us alone in the store while he went out back even when coming back to us didn't even look at us. Thought I would find a different experience if I went to the carseldine branch but same thing. This time I said hello to the women and the women saw me measuring the couch on my own she just sat at the desk playing on her phone and I asked for some assistance and she ignored me. Went across to another furniture store and got treated real well was so surprised
