Susannah, young male team member and Tony in the workshop were great! They provided good customer service, answered all our questions and went that extra mile to make sure that we had the products we needed. We will most definitely return there to purchase a bike or service our bikes in the near future.

Store Assistant Ricky was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient as my son and I selected a bike suitable for my son's requirements. Excellent customer service means we will be back.

I enjoyed the basic bike maintenance course. Perhaps have a separate one for adults and one for kids. There were 4 boys on the course, unfortunately dad had no inclination to set boundaries and manners with them.

Dropped my bike down today around 9am bike had a squeaknnReceived a text from from 99 bikes advising ready for pick-up 2hrs laternnI then call 99 bikes to asked what the issues was and if they could also adjust the gears- again job done no issuennGreat response and communication from Josh 99 bikes head mechanic
