Purchased an item online 5 MONTHS ago and it still hasn't arrived. The store has never contacted us to let us what is happening which just leaves us wondering and frustrated. We have called them repeatedly and always given a different excuse as to why our purchase has not arrived. They have even hung up on us and made it difficult to cancel the order. We understand there can be delays but why do they not call and inform us? Poor customer service! Don't care!

A one star rating is being too generous. Pretentious staff who look down on customers. We went in there with the money to spend on quality items and walked out because we were disgusted at how we were treated. My wife then saw similar products elsewhere that were about 80% cheaper. So maybe the one star can go towards saving us money.

Love coming to this store, polite staff with a warm greeting every time. Beautiful store that is always neat and tidy, definitely a place to go for all things home.
