Products in the store are amazing but don’t expect customer service. No one wants to help you. I purchased a wall unit and arrange delivery. When the delivery people arrived they refused to take it up my stairs. I called Rococo who assured me this was my fault not theirs and if I didn’t want the furniture now I still had to pay delivery. They told me they would call me back and never did

Wonderful experience buying quality furniture and accessories from this beautiful store. We will return in the new year.
