The hours online and on the door say that the shop opens at 9am on a Friday. I arrived just after 9am and the man who came to the door was very rude. He told me to come back at 10am. I advised him that the opening hours are advertised as 9am every day except for Sunday which is 10am and he didn’t seem to care and said I couldn’t come in - full of attitude! So happy I didn’t waste more time or money after seeing other reviews.

Service from Russell and Peter great on all occasions. I looked, tested, poked and prodded for a long time before purchasing and both gentlemen were always professional and helpful.

I purchased a Jasper after looking at them for years. We purchased fabric that was apparently machine washable, but when there were no laundering instructions I contacted King who told me it was not. First issue. Three years in and my lounge now has a divet I cannot fluff up, and feathers sticking through the covers. My Fantastic furniture lounge lasted much, much longer and was only 10% of the price. So disappointed. Definitely not worth the price. Not much good having a frame that lasts forever if the cushions only last 2 years.

Helen's customer service was brilliant, Helen identified the right couch for me fast and we had a sale done within 20 mins. A big thank you also to Lorraine. Great after sales service and delivery.
