Staff are not the greatest so we did buy at their helensvale store with much better service, their regional manager Scott however is fabulous and made our experience in this particular store SOOOO much better!

Worst retail outlet to shop. My partner purchased an item pre- covid. Delivery got delayed and and she no longer needed the item. She was blatantly refused a refund and directed online, only to be told goto the ACCC website to make a complaint lol what a joke. It’s retail stores like Eureka with their heads in the sand which are helping bring about the retail demise and driving customers online. Buyer beware don’t shop here

Bought a table and was told it was coming in Oct. Called at the end of Oct told it was coming in Jan 2021. No one called to inform us. When I asked for a refund, they said they couldnt and then 'magically' found us a table. When I asked if it was new, I was assured it was. Upon delivery we learned it was floor stock. I complained in person and in writing to only be called back later and threatened. I was not to have a refund, not even for the fact that I paid for something new and did not get it. Worse, the manager threatened to to take the table away, just before Christmas and told me I was lucky to get any table and had to see the positive. Eventually, it was agreed that when a new table would arrive, I would get the one I have now replaced. I have asked for written confirmation and was promised it would be sent on the same day. It was not. Its now almost a week and no one is answering my phone call or emails. There has been no apologies. Nothing but lies and deceit. Save your money and shop elswhere.

Tell you if you pay deposit, you will receive your item by October... ZERO communication so we do a follow up at end of october to be told we wont recieve it until January. Now upon our request for refund they say no! Absolute disgrace of a company with argumentative staff! Unprofessional as it comes.
